Lagar O Parral is located in the heart of the Salnés; a privileged valley of the Rías Baixas area.
History
At the beginning of the 1980s, the one that today is founding owner of this winery, combined the experience and tradition of his ancestors, to take care with alot of respect and tender loving care its vineyards and with great ilusion to increase its plantations, soon to happen to comprise of the Regulatory Body of the Rias Baixas, by end of the 1980s. The most important foundation of the wine is the quality of the grape and the land where it’s from, for that reason it was taken care of with extreme detail at the time of choosing the land of its plantations.
The Winery
Lagar O Parral is a small,family winery where it continues to respect the artisan form of elaboration of the wine helped with modern elaboration techniques , that gives to the wine its own,proper personality.

Lagar O Parral is a young wine, elaborated with 100% albariño grape from its own harvest.
The most significant characteristics of this wine are:
• Colour,straw yellow, with greenish sparkles.
• Nose, intense and persistent aromas.
• In palate, smooth fruity flavor.
